How long will it take to recieve my order?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Texas. Please allow up to 5 business days for order fulfillment.

The following is an estimate of transit time for our shipping methods. There may be delays due to inclement weather.

Domestic Standard

2-5 days to most locations in the United States.

Domestic Economy

3-8 days to most locations in the United States.

DHL International Economy

14-30 days to most major markets.

What is your return/refund policy?

We offer refunds for damaged or defective products only. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once we approve your refund request, it typically takes 3-5 business days to process. It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank.

Can I make changes to my order after I check out?

Once you have checked out and paid for your order, the order is automatically sent to our fulfillment team. Please make sure your order and information is correct before checking out. We cannot change or exchange orders at this time.

Do you handle customs fees or issues?

Customs fees are not included in our prices. You are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country's customs authority.

We are unable to calculate or estimate customs fees for individual orders. These fees vary widely depending on the destination country, the value and nature of the items, and current regulations. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential fees.

If your package is held at customs, you may be contacted by your local customs authority or the delivery service. You are responsible for providing any additional information they require and paying any necessary fees to release the package. We cannot intervene in the customs process on your behalf.

We cannot mark packages as gifts or undervalue items on customs forms. This would be a violation of customs regulations. All packages are accurately declared with their full value and contents.
